TC Worley–the resident fashion photographer of Grumpy’s/LGR– took a ton of photos from the racing last night. You should go over there and check them out, but this is the best one:

(TC Worley: Studio Blue Mpls)
It is of Jake H. the winner of the event, and as you may know he is a new member of the Grumpy’s/LGR team.
Come to think of it so is the women’s winner Lyndsey H.

Ha. We just kicked every teams ass in the state.
Just like BMX season last year.
We are the best all around team out there…who even comes close?
Alleycats: Little Guy and Dis went 1-2 at Stupor Bowl last year.
BMX: Dan W. whooped ass.
Coldsprints: Jake H. and Lyndsey H.
Road: Cat3 Road Champion.
Track: Multiple State Champions.
We show up everywhere and when we show up we roll thick.
No wonder our sponsors love us.

On bikethrow dot com I have put up the full results for the day. We also do know this…
The top qualifier produced 1740 “blips” which is one rotation of a 3inch roller in a 20second time trial. The gearing was 48×16.
1740 blips correlates to 1366.6Feet.
What kind of RPM do you need on 3inch Rollers to go 1366.6feet on a 48×16. I expect you to figure that out.
My guess is around an average of 190-200.
That is your job.

Pretty good “guess” – average cadence is 193.38 RPM.

I beat that cadence when I was 5 pedaling my bigwheel downhill. Why dont you have a race in those pedal boats out in a pond?
